GIPE (Gestores Inmobiliarios Profesionales Europeos), founded in 1985, is the leading professional association for real estate managers in Spain. Our mission is to raise industry standards, provide education and legal support, and protect both professionals and consumers.We are fully bilingual (Spanish/English) and closely aligned with European real estate standards through our partnership with CEPI, the European Association of Real Estate Professions. This connection enables our members to access the MMCEPI European Quality Label, a prestigious certification that recognizes excellence, ethics, and professional competence in real estate services across Europe.

Being part of the GIPE Board

For me, being part of the GIPE board is about raising standards and professionalism in real estate. It gives me the chance to contribute to the integrity and growth of the industry, particularly here on the Costa del Sol, while connecting with other dedicated professionals across Spain and Europe.

My contribution

Through my contribution, I support GIPE’s mission to provide training, legal guidance, and resources to its members, helping ensure that buyers and sellers receive trustworthy, professional advice.
