GIPE
GIPE (Gestores Inmobiliarios Profesionales Europeos) is a professional association for real estate managers in Spain, founded in 1985.
Its mission: establish and raise standards in the real estate sector, provide education, legal support, and certification for agents, and protect both professionals and consumers.
GIPE is fully bilingual (Spanish/English) and closely aligned with European real estate standards through its partnership with CEPI.
Members benefit from liability insurance, legal advice, training, networking events, and an ethical code of practice.

Being part of the GIPE Board
For me, being part of the GIPE board is about raising standards and professionalism in real estate. It gives me the chance to contribute to the integrity and growth of the industry, particularly here on the Costa del Sol, while connecting with other dedicated professionals across Spain and Europe.
I value GIPE’s focus on international collaboration, bilingual services, and ethical practices, which perfectly align with how I work as a personal real estate shopper, always putting the client first.
My contribution
Through my contribution, I support GIPE’s mission to provide training, legal guidance, and resources to its members, helping ensure that buyers and sellers receive trustworthy, professional advice. It also helps the association maintain its strength so it can continue initiatives like certifications, events, and the European quality seal.
Being involved allows me to give back to the real estate community while ensuring clients and colleagues benefit from a stronger, more transparent market.
